And that you have already explored the tricks your mind plays on you and are aware of how it acts up. 

It's relevant that you have worked on this and have transformed and transcended many of your mind-based misconceptions

  • My self confidence is boosted, as Annema is so good at recognising and acknowledging my strengths and  skills.
