Physical Activity
This is part of the methodological training, The activities will mainly take place in the nature. For the huge benefits the nature has on the body - mind approach on health.
Stretching and body weight training
Meditation, Sound Healing and Mindfulness
Tai Chi Training, the exercises are led by a Tai Chi Master. This one is optional and organized remotely daily from 7:30 - 9:00.
