Cognitive Therapy

Learns to stop negative thoughts.

Understand the connection between thoughts, feelings and behavior.

Physical Activity

This is part of the methodological training, The activities will mainly take place in the nature. For the huge benefits the nature has on the body - mind approach on health.

Stretching and body weight training

Meditation, Sound Healing and Mindfulness

Tai Chi Training, the exercises are led by a Tai Chi Master. This one is optional and organized remotely daily from 7:30 - 9:00.
